Yes I had a business account with them in my last job. I can only comment on the Business account side of it (which is brilliant) knowledgable sales people, professional account managers and very fast delivery when its in stock and even when its not you will have it in 3days!. Oh and a £40k credit limit helped .

Don't know what there like with regular non business customers.
