For a couple of weeks now i have had a noise coming from the underneath of my car which gets worse by the day, its like a thumping noise which gets faster when i go faster or slower when i slow down. Anyway i have today off work so i have just been outside and jacked it up but can't see nothing obvious ie. cv boots split. Could it be the gearbox? The car has done a hefty 136500 odd miles
