Technical Gear stick not returning to neutral

Hello,
I got an issue with my gear stick, when it's in neutral it's not going back to its original spot, I have a video attached. I have changed my gear linkages, but that is not the issue. Seems to be something in the gear stick housing or something, please let me know if anyone has any idea what else could this be an issue with besides the linkages, bout the 2 cables and they were replaced already.

Disconnect the linkage and see if it is still stiff. If yes the problem is probably in the gear-lever control you could maybe try to lubricate it.
If it is free then try to lubricate the linkage on the gearbox.
