Hi all, wish u're doing well
I'm confused with my little punto 2001 1.2 8v; driving is really a great fun when i start the car, every thin feels normal esp shifting, really smooth and easy. But after driving for sometime either in the city or while traveling shifting becomes really hard in all gears, the clutch pedal feels esitating to pull back as if it stucks or sth is holdin it still and when i push it to shift i hear a noticeable sound coming either from the slave or master cylinder, i doubt it may comes from the clutch, i cant tell
Shifting becomes smooth and easy after the car rest for sometime and really cool down.
I changed the clutch kit but no change the car still behave the same way.
Now, either the new kit is not that good or the master cyl is malfuctioning
Any ideas will be really appreciated

You need to replace the hydraulic (brake) fluid every 2 years, not forgetting the clutch section, as it is hydraulic and shares the reservoir with brakes. If it is not replaced, then it gets wet as it absorbs water from air, the boiling point gets low, and boils easily when used. Gas is compressable, not as fluids, so your pedal won't come up easily. If the boiling is in the cylinder, then it will wear out fast and make that sound. The pedal itself also can make similar noise, it's an easy fix.

More details, sorry for the google translate, no english version yet.

Great tips Kido, thanks a lot. The problem was solved yesterday after replacing the gears cable, it was really stuck and hard to move. Now shifting is much more easier and smooth. But the master cylinder is still in need of repair or replacement because it stucks on its way back after driving for a while.
I'll consider your advice and change the fluid and come back with the result.
