Does anybody else have this thing? I would'nt call it a problem cuz im not bothered about it, just curious what it is.

Between 0-20mph, the needle on my speedo kinda "wiggles" and wont settle on a speed. Any ideas?

the cable has a stiff wire inner driven from the gearbox end which turns the speedo.
When the inner gets kinked, or any grease in there starts to gum the cable up, the inner of the cable "winds up" to overcome the friction of the kink or grease.
When this "sticking" is overcome the speedo end of the inner unwinds quicker than the speed of the drive end - causing the speedo to over-read briefly, until it sticks again... speedo reads high, low, etc etc
