Doblo fuel supply

Hi everyone,
I have a doblo 2011 with 26000 only on the clock. (genuine). I parked up as normal tonight but when I went to start out again I got a message "fuel cut-off unavailable" I tried the re-set using the indicators as per handbook but no joy. Any ideas???
