Bought all service parts for my JTD, but when it came down to replacing the old fuel filter with the new there seems to a connector at the bottom of the original fuel filter and I have tried unscrewing this connector but seems to be fixed and just turns freely. The new filter has a plastic cap at the bottom which un-screws off. I have gone back to the dealers and explained that the fuel filter they supplied is different to what is on the car but after checking they insist it is correct replaccement part. Hoping someone has replaced the fuel filter who can advice me.
