Does anyone know of a decent free FTP programme?

Just for uploading new stuff to a website pretty basic nothing to complex needed

if its basic, windows will do. just type in ftp://username:[email protected]

or failing that, http://www.flashfxp.com - its shareware but works past the 30day trial

very reliable, doesn'r allow large (>500K) files to be uploaded, but can be installed on your server though

SmartFTP is a good free one http://www.smartftp.com/ been using it for years.
