i agree but she doesnt want to play ball and has gone through the correct channels
It takes two to tango regarding settling without going through insurance but you're dancing the funky chicken alone
With a steep hike looking immenent circumstances might have to change unfortuneatly, unless you can come up with a way of financing the car following next years inurance increase
Id be suprised if she came round to your way of sorting it out, insuring a car and being all legal whilst living in a foreign country, i wouldnt changed my mind either if i was in the same scenario no matter how minute the incident was
