Technical front windshield wipers catching

Hi Phil,
Excellent, and for another reason well as what you suggested :)

If you use your wipers when screen is dry you run the risk of marking your glass and also the chance that you will ruin the blades as they have more friction and may catch. Wouldn't want that would we?

Hello Colin, how the devil are ya lad?
Been and bought mi subframe today and while I was there, the car that the frame came from, still has full interior, like a velvety velour red and black. Sports seats, I said I'll have that. £200 the lot

Am doing good thanks, you sound quite happy i do believe
What's wrong with your seats? Will the red trim go with the blue car? Just thought I would throw in that curve ball lol

Remember, mine is the basic Active model, seats are crap and just a boring grey colour. Yes the red will go with the blue car. Silly billy. Lol
I'm always happy mate.

Mmm am not too sure but well worth it as you could sale profit on it even when you realise and have to sell them on lol :p
You still to go back and collect them?

I have the grey with darker grey, will send you a pic later.
I've got a couple of wee bits i want but as were good drivers up here there are none in the scrapyards up here. I'll pm later with my list lol

Hey up MEP, the only reason I suggested running on a wet screen is to make sure they have gone as far down as they should. Only my thoughts, now stop giving me hassle. Lol, only messing mate.

You going to the meet in July? Yorkshire one that is.

Phil

Ah fair point. I checked my bravo after work and my screen does have the markings :D

On top if this, the wipers are in the wrong place, so I'll reposition them, might explain all the crap spray etc working its way up from under the drivers side wiper arm over the passenger sides.

Probably wont make July's meet. When is it?

I do, Friday I shall borrow the van from work and go down again.
I think it'll look ok, what trim is in your dynamic then?

I'll pm my want list lol
Just a thought, not be better taking out your seats, except the drivers one then all you have to do is fit them directly in on Friday and then just the drivers section the boot? :):)

That's not such a bad idea to be honest. However, if I do that, it'll just be my luck the bugger will sell it all on me before Friday. Lol

Got them adjusted now, although I did drop the passenger side plastic cover down the engine but after a little sprint down the road I found it. They have also covered up the underside of the bonnet that I could see under the wiper that I told Most Easterly Pandas about.

Edit: Also thanks for informing me about the steering wheel reach MEP! Had a play on the way and found a MUCH better position, much comfier and has it 100x easier getting in and out and it wasn't a problem in the first place!
