Technical front wheel brakes screw of Panda 2006 Multijet Emotion

I have a Panda 2006 Multijet Emotion, I recently replaced the brake pads... in the process I noticed that the screw that connects the caliper to the caliper bracket doesn't stop turning, there is a problem with either thread or screw.

I will have the thread remade but I want a new screw as well, please can anyone help me understand what screw I need? Does it have a name? My mechanic doesn't have them, can I buy them online somewhere?

If you have a look on the Eper system (accessible through the forum) You should be able to find the part number.

Then either search for this online or contact your local Fiat dealership.

Or go to your local scrapyard and get a replacement ?
