Styling Front Grill question

Alright lads
Pulled off my front grill and it's been a pain in the arse as the bolts won't come out and they are all rusted over etc etc. Something I have to fix.
Anyway, was just wondering if I can get a set of stainless steel bolts that would connect the front grill so they don't rust over?

There are probably Screws that you can buy

But Put Plenty of Copper Grease and Paint the screw Heads (and a little Bit of the Thread near head)

That means the screw shouldnt rust
