Styling Front grill installation

Little problem, should be easy enough to fit but 3/6 screws are not coming out even though they are loose?

Get a Hammer

The large flat headed torx screws have a 6mm thread which goes rusty. Its probably stripped its threads so now going round and round. Drill out the screw and use captive washer self tappers.
