General Front cross member

QUick question are these two parts put on the car with bolts like the front quater sections or welded on. I can see down the side of the engine much so cant tell??????????????????

Hi,
I recently had to change these on my daughters cinq sporting (after an argument with an audi) they are mostly spot welded onto the front chassis legs, but there are some bolts as well iirc, they also are spot welded together
My best buy was a proper spot weld drill bit and a small angle grinder !!

Mine needs changing before i sell up along with a few other jobs

Hi,
yes fitted and welded all back together, only thing i havn't done yet is respray (too cold at moment) so if you are in preston or nelson and see a red cinq sporting with black front bits, thats her.
panels cost about £20 each, bonnet,lights and bumper from a scap yard £50.
Insurance would have written it off !
