Styling Front Bumper

Hello every 1. I need to replace my front bumper (had a prang) and the guy on the phone asked me if i would like a normal, sporting, or GT front bumper.I have a 55s my back bumper is coulor coded.Whats the difference between these three bumpers??? Any pics or links would be much aprriciated.

Normal - comes in textured or flat to be painted.
Sporting - Ready to be painted, wide mouth.
GT - same as sporting but has headlight squirters on them.

Unless the car has significant mods already, I'd be tempted to get the correct bumper for the car - purely from the point of view that when you come to sell it, if someone spots that it hasn't got the correct 'front end', it might put them off buying. Thought Process: "it's been in a head on collision and has been fixed with assorted bits in a back street garage and is probably 6 cars bolted together... nah walk away!"

(Or take a decent picture of the damage to old bumper so that any future buyer can see the extent of damage?)
