Recently bought a 20v t. However an over cautious previous owner had fitted a gear stick lock which resulted in the centre console that houses the elecy light buttons being butchered worse than one of jack the rippers lady friends? Any ideas of where to source a cheap replacement?

How hard is it to fit the 57i into the 20v t, and is swapping the dump valve difficult?

Final one, can you use the front brembos form a dead coupe on the rear of a living one?

k&n's and dump valves arn't hard to fit,i would doubt the fromt calipers would fit the rears,especially if the handbrake is part of the rear calper assembly.as for the console your best bet is phoneing around your local scrappys

How hard is it to fit the 57i into the 20v t

Not very - the airbox removes pretty simply and leaves quite a lot of room to get the 57i in. Personally I don't think it is a very worthwhile mod - you'll lose some low end torque and I think the induction roar (although fun to begin with) becomes very tiring.

and is swapping the dump valve difficult?

The theory is dead simple, only the stupid Fiat hose clips which are real pain in the jacksy to remove. Access on one of them in not great either but perservere and you wil get there in the end, skinned knuckles and all. Go for the Bailey DV26 for that turbo whoosh on gearchanges [8D] or something like the the Forge DV006 if you want to keep it re-circ as std.

you could try a place near east mids airport m1 junc 26 who break fiats and usually have a coupe or three ring 01773719326 they will deliver for a fee
