General Fog-Lights

The other day I had a stone (probably from a gritter!!) break one of my foglights in the front bumper.

Are these units only fitted to Multiplas or would one from another Fiat/Alfa fit?
If its Multipla only I guess there isnt much use looking in breakers!

Marea and some other models fit exact same fog light.
