Flush doors on a mk2 Punto.

I was in the car yesterday and thought I saw a mk2 Punto with door handles and locks removed and smoothed over. I thought, wow! That looks ace. The car moved and it turned out there was a tree in the way. lol.

I was just wondering if this has been done before and if anybody has pics, and if not, does anybody fancy being kind and photoshopping one so I can get a proper idea?

i think removing the door handles, even though only a slight cosmetic difference does give it a lot sportier look.
