Hi All,

I have just fitted new discs & pads to my 2003 fiat seincento 1.1 sporting & noticed the the rubber cover on the brake caliper has come away, was wondering whether this is an MOT failure? & can the rubber be replaced?

Cheers

Baz

Do not try and undo the slide pin unless you have too.

Gently lift the rubber lip from groove in outer end of slide pin. Slide caliper off slide pin. Gently remove other rubber that is still on slide pin. Push rubber into its lubricated hole in caliper , use a socket to push it back in if required.
Slide caliper back on.
Reassemble.

Hi Jack, thank you for your reply & information, what is & where is the slide pin?

Cheers
