General fitting radius arm bushings

how to fit a radius arm bush

found out today that the bush on my bravo hgt n/s rear radius arm has gone on my bravo hgt(failed mot) could anyone tell me if these are hard to change if i did it myself. any help please.

they can be a swine when the bolt has rusted in as access to cutting it out is very restricted.

same job on an Alfa 145. I would have a go at the bolt first, if it comes undone, then DIY, if not get a garage to do it, you don't want to spend a fortune on tools you will use just once.
