I reviewed fitting radio and there is some helpful stuff but I have just done this and thought I would share. Took a punt on a £22 stereo and it seems fine. Really pleased with surround, fits well and and colour is OK. £6.
It was getting harder and harder to pick up FM from the transmitter thing to play music from devices and we had no handsfree phone.
System does phone on BT or on aux. Seems OK.
BT allows you to skip tracks.
Need a bit to connect radio up yet - no MW/LW though. Main user does not listen to footy and cricket ..
Press on off button to find BT connection and AUX. was not clear in instructions.
Surround fits nicely. I bought a £11 kit with leads and facia first and they sent wrong facia so that has gone back. This one is just facia.
8 wires for speakers and 4 wires for power and stuff were made on to existing cables. Old Blaupunkt CD player had picture of cables on plugs and I just matched them up. Green and yellow plugs were not used.
I will take another picky when I pull it out when I connect up radio arial and show what I did.

The equaliser functions were horrible , it sounds OK on normal settings, it is "OK" sound wise
