Hi Multifosi,

I got myself a dirt cheap park distance control set, or parking sensors kit this weekend. Not that I actually need it, mind you. I parked here yesterday without the help of a PDC:

Anyway, I thought it would be just fun to install that bit of kit. My question to you is, are there any special ways to go about it? Any hints and tricks I should know about?

My Multi is a '99 1.6 ELX by the way.

Cheers,
Ernie

I don't believe there are any real problems with this except to follow the instructions manual carefully.
It's always a safe bet to run any add on's through a fuse, if you can't find one in the fuse box use an in-line fuse. Those sensors only need a small amount of power so something in the order of 5 ~ 7 amp should be man enough.
Hope this helps
George
