Technical Fitting a pioneer stereo alongside blue&me

Hi all,

Just got my GP and it has blue&me but I'm thinking of getting an aftermarket pioneer stereo that also has bluetooth built in

I was just wondering if I'd still be able to use my steering wheel controls to skip and previous and also to activate the bluetooth using the windows button?

There are adapters available but depends on the head unit as to whether they will fit.

Any chance you could tell me the adapters you bought? I already have a pioneer head unit installed and when I bought mine they did exist. Been looking for something for a while now that would make the steering wheel controls work.

what actually works on them: volume, next track, mute...etc?
