Hi guys, Im bout to fit a new spoiler to me punto Mk2 sporting, its just getting sprayed up now. I've never done any thing like this before but seems kinda easy, glue it n screw it right? any way i just wanted to know if any one could tell me what kinda glue/adhesive stuff to use and where I could get some from?

Thanks! (y)

Try a local bodyshop and see what they use or go to a decent motor factors and ask them. I think that they use Sikaflex to bond stuff. If you're going to be drilling holes in the body or glass you can put masking tape on the panel that you're drilling. It helps to stop the drill slipping.

depends what ur spoiler is like mine did not need glue it came with bolts here is a pick!

Its a shadow spoiler for the punto mk2, it will screw on in the same position as the original spoiler for the punto sporting that i've still got on at the mo. I just need to take the original one off glue n screw the new one on and bob's ur uncle... its done, i was just wondering what kind off adhesive glue stuff to use for the job. That spoiler mintass has got on is rather sweet, I've seen pic's of his car on ABS motor sport web site, it a nice motor like what uve done with it.
