Technical Fitting a clutch in a 2000 Seicento 1.1

Hi there

Clutch cable recently snapped for the second time and have decided its time to fit a new clutch as its getting a bit heavy. Can anybody give me their experiences of fitting a clutch and any problems they might have had???

ive got a 99 sei and ive changed the clutch cable twice but i realised that when i fitted it the 1st and 2nd time that the cable was twisted which made it snap within 10000 miles

make sure that the that u fit the pointy bit under the dash facing toward the rear and then tighten up the other end (any other combination causes more stress on the cable)
