Being somewhat of a "Chasing Classic Car" type guy, I landed my "Very First Fiat"; it is a 1980 Fiat Spider 2000 / Fuel Injected but I'm sure most of you knew the injection aspect. Anyway like most of the cars I find and bring home I try to find as much as I can about them; thus joining this forum. I hope to learn what I can about the Spider; as for now, I know it is a "Blast" to drive especially with the "Top Down". As with any vintage, classic car I pick up, realizing this one is 42 years old, a lot of "hands" have been on it. She looks like she got a paint job, possibly entire or touch-up, and has been in storage for some time; but whoever put her away was smart enough to put some "Rodent Bags" throughout ensuring that the wires and other plastic weren't eatin up. 4 New Tires, Fresh Gas, and she started right up. Ok, that is about it, for now, glad to be part of the group.
