First Charge on Fiat 500E

Have just done my first charge of new 500E using home PodPoint charger. Got a text to say charging complete and all four green lights showed. Disconnected but red warning came up on car dash to say there was a fault with the electric charger. What might this be please?

I’m not sure why this happens, but I get it occasionally at work (I charge most days at work, as my round-trip commute is 110 miles). I think it’s only ever happened when it’s 100% and has stayed plugged in for a while after reaching 100%, so it’s possibly attempting to start charging again. You might be able to avoid it if you set a fixed time window for charging, perhaps. I’ve not noticed any problems though - 12,500 miles done now, and it seems to be exactly the same as it was when new
