Technical Fiorino, Check transmission/Gear unavaliable.

Hello!

I have a Fiorino 1.3 with Robotic manual(automatic) gearbox.

While driving this week suddenly i got a "Check transmission" message on My dashboard while driving .

I was i 5th Gear and while Slowing down the car shifted down as usual 5,4,3,2,1 and N.
When stopped it went automaticly in "N" but my Gearstick was in Drive(D).

I turned THE car off and on - now it made a Beep sound "Beep" and same message "Check transmission".

Suddenly i got the Reverse (R) to work and now i could get Gear 1,2,3 to work so i could driver THE last 500M home.

Now the shifter does not work. I can move to stick from N,D,R but it only beeps and is stuck in Neutral.


I have Read that there should be a Noice from a pump? When i open THE door?

I can only hear two fast clicking noice once "Click,Click" when i open the door and No pump Noice.

I can start the car as usual, it has only 15.000 on it. It's only the transmission that is fault.

Any One have an idea?

Hi

Yes you need system fluid pressure

So you need the fluid (in the reservoir)
And the pump.. triggered by drivers door

DO check the brake lights work ok too ( they are using the same sensors )

Brake lights work so i Guess there is nothing wrong with brake lights switch.



Pump does NOT activate when open Doors.
I can only hear Relay Click once.
Is it pump that is Broken?

Anyone hade similiar problem?
Pump does not make sound when opening door.

What sort of basic checks? I’ve check fuses and brake lights etc

As is the fluid level dropping.. how is yours?

Which fluid sorry and where is it located?

Brake light did go out but changed it and nothing happened
