Technical Fiorino 2008 problem.

Hi peeps, I know there aren't that many people in this section who will have worked on the new Fiorino, but no harm in asking..
I had a passenger the other day who managed to kick off the plastic panel under the glove compartment, there is now a rubber tube with a spigot on the end dangling loose that looks like it should be connected to something, I've tried to look behind the dash as best I can but can't see anything obvious that it connects to. It looks to me like a vacuum tube, anyone got any ideas?
