planning to get some was told by fiat not to go above 15"

A lot of tuners put 16s and 17s on the Panda, any reason why they said not to go above 15s???

not sure really i dont want to lower car wont having wider tyres affect the turning circle will the tyres not rub against body

Im not sure about the turning circle, dont think it'l make any noticeable difference.

As for the tyres rubbing against the body, the offset of the wheel would change to accomodate for the wider rim. Therefore the rim will only get slightly closer to the body of the car.

Novitec use 15s on their Panda (with what i think are a 30mm offset) and it looks great with that size alloys on.
