HI all in the forum
I have a Fiat Uno 1100 model 1995.
The left inner CV joint keeps pulling out from the gearbox. I have replaced the tripod three times.
Have checked everything around the drive shaft and it seems to be tight, no excess play observed., have even replaced the ball joint.
Any help would be most welcome.

Can't remember the exact details of the Uno drive shaft locating in the gearbox. It could be a fully floating or C clip located end.

Either way something is moving too far laterally. Suggest you carefully check all the engine and gearbox rubber mounts, bolts and track control arm suspension bushes. Any excess movement in any one of these components can cause drive shaft dislocation from the gearbox.

Does the CV pull from the gear or does the Tri pod come out of the inner.

Hi

Had the same problem with my car. Found the circlip inside the cv joints out.
changed the clips and the front mounting, and the car is going well so far.

hi

My Uno 1100 has a terrible miss. Has no power, heavy on fuel and cant even climb a slope.
Replaced the lead wires and the distributor cap.
Still doing the same.
