Hi. I am trying to fault find on a 2000 (W) Fiat Ulysse 2.0 petrol. This car just stopped as it was being driven 1 mile after a cold start. The AA could not restart it and could not use the OBD. The local garage got a specialist to look into the ECU, but could not give a definative cause for the failure. We have got the vehicle back and are trying to check the most likely causes for the failure. The main questions are:-
Does this car have crank and cam sensors?
Where is the crank sensor mounted?
Should the fuel relay still cut in when the ignition is switched off?
Thanks for any help with this.
