You have a common problem (unfortunately). The windscreen seal often leaks on the Tipo and water runs down onto the car and into the fuse box under the RHS dashboard (on UK cars). You can remove the fuse box, open it up and dry it out but it is possible that the circuit boards will already be damaged. To remove it you need a 10mm socket for the main (red) feed wire, and a flat screwdriver to lever the connectors out. I am now on my 4th fusebox, I finally cured the problem by replacing the windscreen on insurance.
Also make sure all the drainage channels under the bonnet are clear. And start looking in breakers yards for another fusebox!

Which fuse box do you mean the one underneath the steering wheel ?

Sorry i'm a first owner car so dosent know so much about cars.

O yea by the way. It's a swedish version of the fiat tipo and the steering wheel is on the other side.

Thanks for the replys  !

Yes that's the one, with fuses in the middle and square relays around the side. Pull / push the catch and flip the box down, it pivots from the top. There are lots of connectors, make a drawing for when you put it back. I don't know if you will see anything wrong, maybe moisture? I think the box is tightly clipped together but you should be able to open it with screwdrivers, dry it with a hairdryer. At least learn how to remove it and refit it, you willl get plenty of practice! Ckeck the edges of the windscreen, mine were 'milky' in that corner. My helpful garage 'accidentally' chipped my windscreen so I got Direct line / autowindscreens to replace it for a £50 excess charge, money well spent.

Good luck with your repairs. You should disconnect the battery +ve wire (red) before removing the fusebox. You can try to wrap the box in a plastic bag when you put it back, it may to stop water running down the wires from above and into the connectors on the top of the fusebox (until you fix the leak). Maybe also try putting some petroleum jelly (vaseline) on the connectors to keep water out.
