Technical Fiat Siena Car Radio

I have a 2001 Fiat Siena 1.6 HL and want to replace the original Fiat car radio (that only plays cassettes) with a more modern car radio. It will require a fascia trim plate or adapter plate that houses the digital clock in the upper right hand corner. I have been unable to locate such a fascia trim plate or adapter plate, or a more modern car radio that will fit into the current facia plate. Any suggestions?

Hi! You can change whole plate with new clock. I would like to swap with You plate and frame because I have casual radio deck and I'm looking for radio like your. But I'm sure that shipping price from Poland to South Africa would be gigantic :c
