Punto (Mk1) Fiat Punto Mk1 75s - majobusa

This little "macchina" has and is given us much satisfaction

Introduction

All started back in 1996. My brother fell in love with the new Fiat Punto, la risposta de Fiat. He was 18 years old and my parents wanted to give him away a car. So they went to a Fiat's dealer looking for something. For any new car the wait list was over 3 months, so that they were offered a brand new Punto in stock that was rejected at last minute by buyer, reason for what it had a good discount. It was The Chosen. A 75S with few extras, power windows, radio-cassette and central locking, unfortunatelly without air coinditioning. Since then it has given us much satisfaction.

It has been at home from the beggining. First with my brother, at the same time I learnt driving with it, after some years I inherited it, then my father was using it, then came back to me until now and I wish for many years more.

Now it is the "classic car" for weekends and "racer car" from time to time. Some others have a 911 or a Mustang, I do have a Punto and very proud of. It is not just a car, he is part of the family.

Excellent! Looks like it's well preserved.
Did you do any modifications aside from steering wheel and GT/sporting side skirts?
