Technical Fiat Punto loud engine

Hey guys, please help!!
my punto's engine suddenly had become very loud and i have to press the gas pedal deep to get acceleration.
so i replaced the spark plugs, the 4 ignition cables and the coil packs.
but the engine is still the same as before.
i also noticed that the air filter housing shakes.

i hope someone can help me.
I bought the car just recently as my first car and i don't have much money for repairs. taking it to a garage wouldn't be worth it for such an old car anyway.
so I'm hoping someone can tell me how i can fix it myself.

it is ticking from the tappets under the top cover and the more powerful nearby sound sounds like the exhaust.

But that is not going to explain your lack of power. Could be the belt that connects the top part of the engine to the lower part has slipped.
