Technical Fiat Punto GT- problem :(

Hi! I have Fiat Punto 1.4 GT Turbo (MK1- 1995). Last month I fixed turbo and the car had full power. Yesterday my car had less than half of full power and turbo is very loud (but it doesn't take oil from the engine, so I think that turbo is good). Also somentimes injection light is shining , but I connected my car to computer in ASO and they told me that computer is OK. Please help me :bang: . If anyone have a manual for Punto GT please send my via mail.
