fiat punto grande 1.2 active clutch

Hello everyone I was just wondering if anyone can help me my fiat punto has a sort of grinding sound coming from the gearbox even when in neutral but can still hear it in first and second with low revs I have a feeling it could be pressure plate or fly wheel does this sound probable and what would I need to buy to get a garage to fix it because I have heard there are two different types of clutches and im not sure what one I have in mine. Thanks
