General Fiat Punto 55sx rear lights problem

While head light is on, when I turn on side indicators, instead side indicators, hazard light are turning on. Then when I apply brakes, the hazard lights turns off and brakes lights are on. It creates confusion to the people following behind me and it couldn't dangerous. please advise.

check and clean earth points make sure they are free from rust

remove the light cluster from the car and give the terminals a good clean, especially around the connector block where the wires plug on, if it doesnt work now you can do what i did and slightly bend the metal terminals in the block so that when you reconnect them they will be pressuring against the receiving terminal and so giving a solid connection.,., common punto prob.,.,
