Hi guys, I am hoping someone can help me with finding the part number for the 4x4 1.2 2007 Clutch Guide Sleeve please! Pictured is the part I am talking about but I need to confirm one suitable for my model specifically please!

The clutch release bearing support sleeve on 169 Panda is integral with the bell-housing. What model 4x4 is it?

I've just looked though the Forum ePER which does include 4x4. There is no separate sleeve shown on the diagrams. Are you certain your car has one?

That's for a citron

There's nothing similar on the fiat panda

The release bearing comes complete

If we knew what you were trying to fix maybe we could help

The Fiat clutch bell-housing has an integral shaft sleeve which carries the release bearing. It's a poor design that makes replacing the oil seal a much bigger job. But that's how it is.
