Hello guys, I' installing an underseat Pioneer subwoofer these day. My plan is keep using the the stock radio, split the speaker signal out to the sub.
I just tested the sub in home before taking out to my car. Beside the main power to the sub, it needs connecting a remote signal cable to a 12V source to trigger the on/off of the sub. In here, I attached some diagram and photo of the unit, hope that could get the headunit on/off signal to feed into the amp.
I know I can turn on the accessories key position to listen radio but that is not my plan. As the headunit can individually power on by its power button without turning the key, so my plan is split a signal from the headunit and don't rely on accessories power of fuse point. However the diagram didn't show many info about that.
Anyone got idea about this unit?
