Fiat Bravo Problem Help needed!!

I Have a problem with the window wiper. I have no intermittent or first speed, although I do have the second speed wipe. Also the blade does not go back to its starting position when it is turned off it just stays on the window. Any ideas, is it the motor or the electrics. Any help would be great thanks.

It's more than likely the stalk playing up than anything else... they do tend to do that.

Still, it should return the wiper blades to rest even if stalk has no connections (off)?
Relay?
