Bravo Fiat bravo 1.4 dynamic heating issues !

Guys ..
after reading up on climate control issues regarding heating or the actuator motors I came to the conclusion that the actuator lever part needed replacing (little white part that connects to the motor) . Since changing these and the motors the heating has got better HOWEVER the demister is now playing up and the motors are making a horrible whining noise. I have reset the module but the lever part constantly wants to rotate still..
please any suggestions it's now beyond me ??

They need to relearn the positions..

How did you reset?

I built the actuators up then assembled them all where they should be the reset the climate control by holding both mono and auto down then releasing unroll the digits came up on the box. No error messages appeared .

I think I followed that..

You need to plug in software so the limits can be reset
