Does anyone know? Is there any difference between electrical and manual mirror holder? I cant order separately new holder for mirror. Manual mirror is much cheaper than electrical and then I can use my electrical mirror for new holder (coming with manual mirror)

do you mean the actual housing itself?

i think you are asking if the external part is the same, and the internals (manual or elctric) interchangable?

Well, if you are, unfortunately they are two different units, so you would have to get an electric one..

The manual one isnt made to hold the wiring and motors etc...

I meen the holder of the mirror. Mirror is mounted to the holder with screws and holder is mounted to the door. Holder is made of aluminium.

Sry...my english is not so good.
It's holder that holds mirror module (housing of mirror, mirror itself etc.)

Hi,

I think you mean the 'baseplate', the bit that goes between the car and the mirror.

I think that they are the same, you can get universal baseplates that can be self modified for lots of different cars.

Good luck:D
