Technical Fiat 500X 6.5 Screen Update

Hi,

I've had my 500X Lounge a few months now. All seems well with it (touch wood).

Does anyone know as to whether it would be an easy job changing the Uconnect Sat Nav 5" screen unit for the 6.5" one? I realise the 6.5 screen seems to come with an extra USB post and an SD card slot but do I need to have these installed as well?

It would be nice to have larger screen but I'm not overly bothered by it! It's just a thought!

I'm rather disappointed in the 6.5" satnav device, definitely not worth the 1000 euros that it cost me as an extra to my car.

If you've used a smartphone, you'd realize its 70's technology, a bad/cheap touch screen with the outdated uconnect software from chrysler. Horrible

I mentioned this on another post, that Alpine has a 2-DIN unit replacement for the Jeep (model IVE-W560BT), so maybe they'll do one for the 500X in the future?
