Technical Fiat 500L radio and wiper issues

Hello I became the proud owner of a 2015 500L beats edition today. Small issue with the wipers and radio (and possibly more that I don't know about yet!) When driving around with my stereo on, if I stop and switch off my ignition off, when I then restart my car the stereo doesn't automatically switch back on again, I have to power it on and accept the safety warning each time. It's the same with my wipers, I have to turn them back off and on again to get them working. It's like my car has no memory of what it was doing before I switched the engine off!

Niggly electrical issues are often caused by the battery, even if it seems fine for starting, like the Stop/Starting rarely working. If it's on it's original probably worth replacing anyway before the winter.

The dealership tells me in order to change the back wiper blade I need a whole new motor assembly is this true? Fiat 500L Lounge.
