Hi, you can find answers to most jobs incluing torque settings at the FCA e-learn website.
The link below is one I used recently but you go back up the menu tree to get to the engine and flywheel.

I had a quick look myself and a manual twin air says 140 -160 Nm plus 35 degrees. But you should check to make sure it the right one for your version.

Very interresting. Thanks. I found after taking the trans out, its a 2016 model, but it had a single mass flywheel. According to the vin and age it was supposed to have a DMF. I suspect someone was already in there and changed it. Hence the mechanic thought he could keep the new flywheel and pocket the cash. Thanks
