Fiat 500 selespeed gearbox self-calibration

dear everybody, recently, I found my car had difficulty to engage reverse gear, so I take the actuator out & change the oil ,however, the circumstances got worst, the chance of success in engaging R gear was reduced, it made horrible rubbing gear sound.So I decided to calibrated it with mutiecuscan but in vain, it only show this message'Clutch stroke insufficient".
Does anybody can solve this problem? Many thank to everybody.:worship:

No expecrt on these but how many miles has it done?
Could be that the clutch in the gearbox is near the end of its lifespan

2009 about 80000miles the clutch is in normal operation all the time
I don't want to change it yet
