Fiat 500 rear spoiler delaminating

Hi all,

Looking for some friendly adive please.

We have a Fiat 500 about 6 years old. The rear "spooler" just above the brake light is delaminating and the coating coming away.

Fiat have sadly not been very helpful so I was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue and come up with a solution for re-covering the area?

[Troubles with 500c]

Yes, it’s just started to happen on our 500c also. The Sun and moisture are the most likely culprits here.

The front bumper did the same, which I replaced with a good secondhand one.

The mirror covers are also starting to go now. Once again, these are easy to replace.

Not impressed that it’s happening, but not too difficult to resolve. Not got any quotes, but it should be possible to respray the spoiler, once rubbed down to remove the old clear coat.
