Any idea how I can get out of first and into natural. Not sure how this happen but now I cant start the car because its in gear.

Phil, I don't like to admit this because at my age I feel embarrassed driving an automatic because there is nothing natural about it. I'm driving a girly car.
The good news is I can still shift manually without a clutch pedal so that does help somewhat, but I only do it on the motorways on inclines up or down to lessen the strain on the engine or brakes. (mainly down shifting)

Does the pump motor run when you open the drivers door?
If not, try tapping the Dualogic pump motor housing (or as near as you can get) with a bit of wood. Retry opening the door to trigger motor.

Yup, the pump works.
Solved the issue by unplugging the negative terminal of the battery, waiting a couple of minutes then turning it back on ( just halfway, not starting the engine), selecting N and the car popped in neutral again and drove back to the shop.
